Team Europe Democracy (TED) Strategy

  • Conducted a strategic assessment of the EU-funded Team Europe Democracy (TED) Initiative, including a state of play of the programme from the political and policy context of democracy support to key elements in its rationale, organisation, and governance.
  • Identified key added values, challenges, and opportunities for TED development in areas of policy dialogue, knowledge management, and EU-Member States coordination on democratic governance support.
  • Recommended outputs, processes, and key stakeholders to strengthen the programme's relevance, impact, and inclusivity in the short to long term.

Technical assistance mission to the Thematic Group of the Ministry of Justice for the implementation of justice sector reform in the DRC

  • Strategic advice on justice sector reform in DRC.
  • The reorganization and coaching of the secretariat of the Thematic Group.
  • Support and coordinate the implementation of a judicial statistics system in the DRC.
  • Capacity building of the services in charge of preparing the budget cycle of the Justice sector.

Strategy and organisational development of the Data and Policy Information Unit in conjunction with the other components of the Directorate-General Healthcare - Belgian Federal Public Service (FPS) for Health, Food Chain Safety and Environment.

  • Inventory and assessment of the existing situation of the data management unit, internal and external stakeholder consultations and SWOT analysis

Strategic Advice – Strategic quality assurance in support of the Reform of Agencies and 
Subordinated Institutions

  • Review and quality assurance of the work done since the reform initiative was announced in September 2017.
  • Review of initial ideas for pilot reform initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive methodology and timeline for the reform of Agencies and other Institutions subordinated to the central-level Government of Albania.
  • Provide specific recommendations on change process facilitation and conditions for success.
