General Managing Partner
Patrick Stoop is the founder and general managing partner of C-lever.org. He leverages 45 years of experience and professional insights gained across many policy and business areas and working for over 400 public, social profit, and private organisations in 43 countries. His broad professional focus covers: strategy, governance, HR, organizational and institutional development, finance, policy & budget cycles, development programmes, impact entrepreneurship, sustainable value chains, etc. He is motivated by contributing to systemic understanding and positive impact across the projects, assignments and business activities C-lever.org engages in.
Hilde Geens
Hilde Geens is a skilled consultant in M&E, particularly in agricultural value chains, specializing in facilitating monitoring processes, conducting field research, and performing both quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Hilde also has a strong background in conducting program evaluations, organizational assessments, and evaluating the effectiveness of networks.
Else Keyers
Else Keyers is an expert in peace mediation and conflict transformation, governance, and fragility. With over 15 years of experience in diplomacy and in the European Union institutions, she advises both governmental institutions and non-governmental organizations on their strategies, policies, and programmes, with the aim of enhancing their social impact.
Karim Chetioui
Karim Chetioui is an expert in labor and employment policies with 18 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He has worked on international cooperation projects, specializing in strategic activities, change management, capacity building, and strengthening synergies between public and private organizations.
Gianfabrizio Ladini
Gianfabrizio works in the formulation, management, and evaluation of policies and programmes, that are mainly related to conflict, fragility, and inclusive governance. He has advised public and non-profit organisations, managed large development projects, and conducted research on conflict, jihadism and local governance.
Lana Lovasic
Lana Lovasic is an expert in impact entrepreneurship, social innovation, and impact and SME ecosystem building, with over 16 years of experience in emerging markets, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa and Central and Eastern Europe. She has worked as an advisor, entrepreneur, and impact investor, co-founding Simanye and Impact Hub Johannesburg. Previous clients have included private and public sector as well as IOs such as the ILO and UNDP.
Ania Mendrek
Ania Mendrek is an expert in labour market services, employability, and skills development, with over 18 years of experience across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. She specialises in service design, programme implementation and evaluation, as well as fostering partnerships to improve access to employment for vulnerable populations, people with complex needs and heath barriers, working with international organisations like the International Labour Organisation and the European Commission.

Andreas Xiao Hua Bzdok holds a Master's in Plant Sciences, specialising in Natural Resource Management. With a strong background in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, he supported the development of the monitoring and accountability systems for the European Initiatives for Sustainable Cocoa and gained experiences in various international agricultural research institutions.
Ibiaso Adajames
Finance & Administration
Ibiaso takes care of financial management as well as general and analytical accounting at C-lever.org. He also contributes to project administration and provides internal management support across the organization. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Management, an MBA, and certifications such as the PMI-Project Management Professional (PMP) and CFI-Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA), he has provided financial, administrative, project management, and general business support for over 10 years, facilitating the pursuit of strategic priorities and regulatory compliance.
