Support to the design and implementation of career management and pormotion policy and mechanisms for the staff of the General Secretariat of the Flemish Parliament

This assignment comprised of: (1) an analysis of the needs and expectations of the directors/ members of the management teaching, (2) the development of scenarios, (3) the facilitation of multiple work sessions of the management each, (4) support to decision making processes, (5) support members of management teaching, HR unit, and middle managers for testing and initial implementation, including analysis and updating of organizational design and job descriptions.
