• Conducted a strategic assessment of the EU-funded Team Europe Democracy (TED) Initiative, including a state of play of the programme from the political and policy context of democracy support to key elements in its rationale, organisation, and governance
• Identified key added values, challenges, and opportunities for TED development in areas of policy dialogue, knowledge management, and EU-Member States coordination on democratic governance support
• Recommended outputs, processes, and key stakeholders to strengthen the programme's relevance, impact, and inclusivity in the short to long term
