The objectives of this assignment were to provide the following: (1) an inventory of the existing donors, funded program, and contracts; (2) An inventory of the potential of donor-funded programs and arrangements based on the Sustainable Trade Initiative- IDH fundraising pipeline and respective terms and conditions, (3) strategic mapping of the existing and possible partnerships, with the corresponding pipeline, against IDH’s new “Multi-Year Plan 2021-2025 - Catalysing Private Sector Solutions for the Sustainable Development Goals”, the strategic direction of IDH global, Business Units (BU) and Country Offices, overall and specific targets, and Key Performance Indicators; including identification of possible strategic fundraising gaps.

These objectives would facilitate well-structured and focused IDH global fundraising. As a result, key accounts will be well coordinated and managed amongst other impacts.
