Organisational evaluation of the
Centre de Développement Intégral Bwamanda (Bwamanda Integral Development Center)
The aim of this analysis is to ensure the existence of qualified human resources and adequate administrative and financial procedures for the proper management of subsidy agreements.

Satisfaction Survey and Review of Enabel's Grants Mechanism
The assignment included the following:
- An inception phases with a review of the Grant’s mechanism through document review and introductory work sessions.
- The design and implementation of 2 online satisfaction surveys with respect to Enabel's Grants’ Mechanism; one survey among Enabel staff and another survey among beneficiary organisations. The survey targeted respondents in all Enabel partner countries and in Belgium / Europe and yielded over 600 responses.
- Complementary interviews with key Enabel staff.
- Integrated analysis and reporting with: overall findings, findings per partner country, findings type of respondent and concrete recommendations for improvement and further development.

Final evaluation of 5 IUC and 3 Network programmes of VLIR-UOS
A comprehensive programme evaluation using a common methodological approach and shared evaluation framework that looks at the 5 OECD-DAC
criteria was done. Each programme level evaluation was conducted by a
duo of external evaluators, a national and an international evaluator.

Institutional and organisational assessment of ERAIFT, an interstate higher education and research institution for integrated management of tropical forests and territories
Institutional and organisational assessment of ERAIFT (Ecole Régionale Postuniversitaire d’Aménagement et de Gestion intégrés des Forêts et Territoires tropicaux) and strategic advice on further institutional development and implication of ERAIFT in the PIREDD_MO and DESIRA projects of Enabel.

Institutional assessments of 8 candidate IUC partner universities of VLIR-UOS in 6 countries
Conducting Institutional assessments of the following 8 candidate IUC partner universities: JOOUST and TUK in Kenya, Ardhi University in Tanzania, Quy Nhon University in Vietnam; Gulu University and MUST in Uganda, UNILU in DR Congo and Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía in PERU.
The assignment contributed to the start of a new Institutional University Cooperation (IUC) programme, being a long-term (12 years) institutional partnership between a university in the South and Flemish universities and university colleges.
