The subject of this evaluation was the final evaluation of the middle year program 2017-2021 of Bos+. In total 13 outcomes needed to be evaluated in 7 countries (Belgium, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru). The objective of this final evaluation was to assess the relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the Bos+ program 2017-2021. In the framework of this final evaluation, a specific focus is on assessing the efficiency and the impact of the intervention so that Bos+ can be held accountable for its achievement vis-à-vis the donor. This final evaluation is also a learning opportunity for Bos+ and its partners.
