| C-lever was mandated by CREAC to assist it in a strategic reflection process. The objective of this mission was to help the association reinvent and modernize itself while keeping in mind the essence of the organization. To do this, the evaluation team worked in successive phases to gather information from different sources to develop a strategic plan and reflect on recommendations for the future. |
