Retrospective evaluation of legal clinics in Ivory Coast

The objective of the evaluation was to assess the results, effects, and impacts of the action financed by the AFD-French Development Agency at the end of the intervention. The evaluation objectively highlighted the added value of AFD and, more particularly, of the C2Djustice- Contrat de désendettement et de développement (debt and development contract), from its mode of financing to within the specific project management mechanism and its terms of partnership with the AFJCI and its other partners implemented for the financing of clinics and information centers.
