Preparation, facilitation, and follow-up for a workshop on internal control and risk management in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Norway Grants

To prepare and facilitate a good governance and risk management workshop, theoretical and practical sessions were prepared and facilitated on the following topics: (1) good governance, risk management and control environment, (2) how to foster an institutional culture of good governance and effective results and risk management, (3) managing integrity risks- identifying key risks and roles and responsibilities of the Non-Farm Payrolls, (4) how to assess and effectively manage integrity and complex risks. These exercises produced a summary overview of key messages, findings, and insight.
