Final evaluation of the PARSS (the Health Systems Strengthening Support Project ) in Niger, a 12,7 million euro program focusing on the construction/rehabilitation of 4 district hospitals and integrated health centers, maintenance of medical equipment, mother and child health improvement, etc. For the assignment, (1) an evaluation methodology was designed, (2) available documents were analyzed, (3) additional data was collected through stakeholder interviews (both physically and digitally), focus group discussions, site visits, etc., (4) a draft and final evaluation report with the findings and conclusions were produced, meeting the Dedicated Admin Connection evaluation criteria and recommendations.
