Designing a Social Enterprise Strategy and Governance Policy for Caritas Lebanon

A Social Enterprise Strategy and Social Fund Governance Policy was designed for Caritas Lebanon. To do so, a SWOT-strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats analysis of ongoing and potential social entrepreneurial projects was conducted. Existing governance practices of Caritas Lebanon were likewise included. Furthermore, an assessment of evolving social enterprises in the context of Lebanon was done, workshops were facilitated, and finally, a draft for a Social Enterprise Strategy and Social Fund Governance Policy was made.
