Support of the strategic Planning 2022-2025 of ENAR

Project start date: 2020-09-01 - Project end date: 2020-12-31

For ENAR (European Network for Anti-Racism). The mission consisted in helping identify the organization’s strategic directions and offering expertise, support, and recommendations in Strategic Planning and theories of change, including:

(1) Desk study- document review;

(2) Consultation with internal and external stakeholders through online surveys, individual interviews, and focus group discussions;

(3) Systemic and theory-based analysis of evolving context, performance, and root causes of successes and failures of organization;

(4) SWOT -strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats analysis of ongoing and potential efforts and existing governance practices of ENAR; 

(5) Draft findings and conclusions of the evaluation and develop recommendations for the next phase of the program;

(6) Present and discuss the draft report and produce a final report.
