Analysis and improvement of the operational performance and organisational development of the verbatium Reporting Unit of the Flemish Parliament

Project start date: 2017-09-01 - Project end date: 2018-12-30

This assignment comprised: (1) an evaluation and analysis of the mission, organization, work processes, human resources, organizational culture, and potential for improvement (on-site observation, interviews, online survey, strength/weaknesses/opportunities/threats (SWOT) workshop, draft, and final reporting), (2) participative development of a restructuring and staffing plan with proposals for organizational development on the short, medium and longer term, (3) Coach drafting and implementing short- and medium-term improvement and organizational development plans, (4)  Support the functional analysis for improved IT-systems and tools for resource planning and mobilization and workflow management and performance management for the verbatim reporting, (5) Coach and/or support change facilitation, HRM, quality assurance and procurement processes and conduct other specific assignments in support of the implementation of the organizational development plan.
