Assignment in support of Caritas Lebanon comprising:

• SWOT analysis of ongoing and potential social entrepreneurial projects and existing governance practice of Caritas Lebanon
• Assessment of evolving social enterprise context in Lebanon
• Facilitate workshops on these topics
• Draft a Social Enterprise Strategy and Social Fund Governance Policy for Caritas Lebanon
• Provide feedback to Caritas Switzerland on ideas for integrating social entrepreneurship in the regional (Syria, Lebanon and Jordan) crises response strategy

​​End of program evaluation of the BESEESA (Building an Ecosystem for Social and Environmental Entrepreneurship in South Africa) Program

The final assessment of the BESEESA program, implemented by SEED and funded by the Flemish Government comprising:

• Analysis of available documentation
• Additional data collection through an online survey, stakeholder interviews (face to face and telephonic), focus group discussions, site visits, etc.
• A draft and a final evaluation report with findings and recommendations.
