Strategic Advice - Strategic quality assurance in support of the Reform of Agencies and Subordinated institutions

This assignment comprised: (1) a review and quality assurance of the work done since the reform initiative was announced in September 2017, (2) a review of initial ideas for pilot reform initiatives, (3) a contribution to the development of a comprehensive methodology and timeline for the reform of agencies and other institutions subordinated to the central-level Government of Albania, (4) provide specific recommendations on change process facilitation and conditions for success, (5) participate in providing strategic advice to the Deputy Prime Minister and her advisors on the reform of Agencies and Subordinated institutions of the Government of Albania, (6) contribute to development partner coordination on public administration reform-reform of agencies, (7) Develop a project proposal and budget for implementation of the reform of Agencies and other Institution.
