Mid-term review of the local government reform and development program- Phase II Palestinian Territory

Mid-term evaluation of the LGRDP-II, a 12 million euro program focussing on Local Government collaboration through policies, regulatory framework, set-up, mechanisms, institutional capacities, infrastructure development,  and others dedicated to improving service delivery, local economic development, and community participation. The evaluation consisted of designing a method to evaluate and analyze available documents, and gather additional data through stakeholder interviews (face-to-face and telephonic), focus group discussions, site visits, online surveys, etc., and participative assessment exercises. The outcome was formatted in a draft and final evaluation report wherein the findings and conclusions for all Development Assistance Committee evaluation criteria and recommendations. This included the finetuning of the intervention strategy/theory of change and adequate conclusion of the program.
