Technical assistance mission to the Thematic Group of the Ministry of Justice for the planning of justice reform in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation system.

For this assignment, C-lever offered technical assistance by (1) drafting the National Policy for Justice Reform (PNRJ), (2) Defining a Priority Action Plan (PAP) and a Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF), (3) Training all Ministry of Justice officials on strategic planning processes;  (4) Development of the monitoring and evaluation system for the PNRJ; (5) Training of Ministry of Justice officials on monitoring and evaluation; (6) Training of Ministry of Justice officials on monitoring and evaluation.
