Technical assistance mission to the Thematic Group of the Ministry of Justice for the implementation of justice sector reform in the Democratic Republic of Congo

For this assignment, the technical assistance C-lever provided included the following: (1) Strategic advice on justice sector reform in DRC, (2) the reorganization and further coaching of the secretariat of the Thematic Group, (3) Support and coordinate of the implementation of a judicial statistics system in the Democratic Republic of Congo, (4) capacity building of the services in charge of preparing the budget cycle of the Justice sector, (5) Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the prioritized action plan for the justice sector, (6) capacity strengthening and skills development of staff and managers of the Ministry of Justice involved in strategic and operational planning & control of the reform / the justice sector policies and operations, (7) Support the coordination of support to the justice sector by international development partners / funding institutions, (8) Support shared learning, documentation of good practices, and knowledge management related to justice sector reform and related projects and support.
