This assignment comprised of (1) consultation of justice sector key actors and international partners, (2) Development of sector policy development methodology approved by the Ministry of Justice, (3) organization of participative workshops with justice actors chaired by the Minister of Justice, (4) drafting of justice sector diagnostic, (5) drafting of sector-wide justice policy including priorities, vision, results, activities, working plan and budget.
