Support of the formulation process of the multiannual DGD-Directorate-General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid, program proposal 2022-2026 for Africalia

Africalia is an institutional actor that contributes to the recognition of culture as a key area of development cooperation and a field in which the international solidarity between communities and individuals can be expressed in a creative and enriching manner. Countries:  Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, and the formulation of a global citizen education program in  Belgium.

This assignment focused on providing external expertise to provide support and advice throughout the process of identifying and designing programs on the various programmatic tools to be produced, overall coherence, integration of cross-cutting issues and categories, and the priorities and criteria of the DGD-Directorate-General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid. The expectations of the mission were divided into 3 axes: coordination support (1), methodological support (2), and strategic/thematic support (3).
