The mission consisted of producing an analytical study on the effectiveness of the remedies available in the Democratic Republic of Congo in terms of the transparency of natural resource management processes and respect for the rights of local populations. This study helped to guide the strategies 1/ for litigation and 2/ for advocacy implemented within the framework of the project conducted with LILICO.
