Study on Access to Justice for Women and Migrant Women in Morocco

The study (1) highlighted the main difficulties or injustices that women and migrant women most often face and for which awareness-raising, legal advice or judicial accompaniment could be appropriate responses and (2) documented, where appropriate, the justice routes/paths taken, whether formal or informal. The information thus gathered will make it possible, in a third step,(3) analysed the extent to which the services offered are adapted to the needs and obstacles encountered by these target groups.
