Strategy and organizational development of the Data and Policy Information Unit in conjunction with the other components of the Directorate-General Healthcare - Belgian Federal Public Service (FPS) for Health, Food Chain Safety and Environment. For this project, (1) an inventory and assessment of the existing situation of the data management unit and internal and external stakeholder consultations were done, along with strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats analysis; (2) Strategic exercises were implemented, updating the vision and mission statements, conceiving strategic pathways of development; (3) conducted HR development through the organizational structure and staff, (4) a change in the facilitation, coaching institutional and organizational development, and fostering operational excellence, (5) and lately, strengthening strategic and operational planning and control was addressed.
