The Organisational Evaluation of the 4 organisations: UACDDDD, CIFOR-ICRAF, AEDD et ANGMV- focusses on the institutional context, financial management, procurement, overall governance systems, and capacity to implement technical assistance, training, and expert support assignments. The assignment also included advice concerning further institutional and organizational development and finetuning the intervention strategies and theory of change.
