For this assignment, a desk study of available documentation was done; followed by a strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats assessment of the organization's performance and capacity-building plan that focuses on institutional and organizational strengthening. Additionally, individual competency development was reviewed through embedded competency trajectories.
