Mid-term evaluation of the Belgian civil society organizations (CSOs) and institutional actors' joint program

This project concerned a mid-term evaluation of the joint program of 3 Belgian federations of civil society organizations and institutional development cooperation actors. To do so the following steps were taken: (1) a desk study-document review, (2) consultations of internal and external stakeholders through individual and grouped interviews, thematic brainstorming, and feedback focus groups, (3) drafting of the findings and conclusions of the evaluation and develop recommendations for the next phase of the program.
