Interim and transition management of cultural centre "De Warande"

This project consisted of the following: (1) Managing the organization regularly; (2) Achieving the goals of the organization as approved in the recent policy plan, based on the mission and vision of the culture house; (3) Directing the financial policy and future-proofing the organization financially; (4) Redesigning the organization based on the formulated goals, but within the financial constraints; (5) Realizing the new or strengthened emphases in and based on the environmental analysis of the new policy plan. In particular, this includes: (a) establishing a campus model from which various arts organizations or enterprises build a regional operation to support and/or strengthen De Warande's policy goals.  (b) In addition to the regional focus, entrepreneurship, innovation and collaboration are central to the campus model; (c) to (further) develop the regional mission of the culture house and, more broadly, the campus; (d) to further develop the social mission of the Warande.
