Impact evaluation of grants by the International Criminal Justice Fund (ICJF): to human rights organizations involved in monitoring the transitional justice process and support of marginalized communities, victims, and displaced people in Ivory Coast.The assignment comprised of (1) developing methodology, evaluation framework, and tools in a participatory approach with evaluation partners, (2) quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis (interviews, focus groups, etc.), (3) report writing with an executive summary, key results and recommendations detailed by type, level of priority, and targeted actor, (4) public presentation of the results to evaluation partners and stakeholders.
