Guidance on the revision of neutrality policy at Brussels intercommunal transport company (STIB/MIVB)

This project aims to launch the revision of its neutrality policy; the Brussels intercommunal transport company (STIB/MIVB) decided to seek guidance from an external expert. In this way, the transport company wants to arrive at an employment policy that better reflects the current reality in Brussels within the strict framework set by the government of the Brussels-Capital Region regarding the neutrality of public services. STIB aims to work in a participative way by involving the employees in this process, thus promoting the eventual acceptance of the changes. This is a framework agreement. This is a service contract that will be awarded to a maximum of one contractor. The framework agreement does not give any exclusivity to the contractor.
