Final evaluation of the 'Programme d'Assistance et d'Accès au Droit pour les Enfants et les Femmes' - PADEF [Program of Assistance and Access to Law for Children and Women]

An evaluation was conducted for PADEF- 'Programme d'Assistance et d'Accès au Droit pour les Enfant et les Femme' [Pogram of Assistance and Access to Law for Children and Women]. The objective of the evaluation included: (1)  Analysis of the overall performance of the project based on the OECD-DAC Performance Grid and questions submitted by the contractor for each of the criteria, (2) Analysis of the overall performance of the project based on the OECD-DAC Performance Grid and questions submitted by the contractor for each of the criteria, (3) Examination of the consideration of cross-cutting themes: socio-cultural aspects, gender, and environment - questions provided by the ToR, (4) Analysis of the intervention strategy, its relevance, strengths and weaknesses to formulate proposals, (5) Analysis of partnership modalities, (6) Analysis of planning, implementation, monitoring, and management tools, (7) Identify and highlight lessons learned and good practices (findings, lessons learned, conclusions and recommendations).
