Final evaluation of the PAICT (Project in support to investments by local governments) in Mali

The project comprised funding of local government investments through the ANICT (National Agency for Local Government Investments) and a budget for capacity building and project management. The program’s final evaluation comprises the following aspects: (1) Analysis of available documentation, (2) Additional data collection through physical and digital interviews with stakeholders, focus group discussions, site visits etc., (3) participative assessment exercises, (4) producing a draft and final evaluation report with findings and conclusions for all Dedicated Admin Connection evaluation criteria and recommendations.
