Evaluation of the European Network Against Racism's (ENAR) performance and impact up to 2019 - Identification of issues, challenges, opportunities, and recommendations for ENAR Strategic Plan 2022-2024

The consultant agreed to develop and implement the European Network Against Racism's (ENAR) 2022-2015 Strategic Planning, a participatory strategic planning process with the following objectives: 

• Effectively bringing the insights and views of ENAR members and stakeholders into the process through a cross-network collaborative, participatory consultation process;
• To conduct research and context analysis in collaboration with ENAR's members, Board, and secretariat, as well as relevant stakeholders, to help identify the organization’s strategic directions and the most suitable structure and measures to act on them effectively;
• To offer expertise, support, and recommendations in Strategic Planning and theories of change and practice, by providing support to ENAR on innovative strategic planning models and monitoring and evaluation.
