Coordination and change management for the implementation of the Reform of policy instruments and of the institutional and organisational setup in support of entrepreneurship and enterprise development in the Brussels Capital Region.

C-lever supported the strategic monitoring and control of the reform process. This was done by facilitating the restructuring process; grouping all actors under 3 clusters (“Advice & Support”, “Finance” and “Location Infrastructure Development”). Additionally, three key actors: Brussels Invest and Export, Atrium, and Impulse were integrated into a new regional agency. Throughout the process, coaching and support for the change processes included continuously optimizing instruments in support of entrepreneurship as well as generating and maintaining an entrepreneur-friendly environment.
