Mentoring the management team of Djapo, a Belgian NGO active in the area of Sustainable Development Education. This assignment primarily consisted of coaching and guiding the management team and offering more strategic choices to the board of directors. The guidance consisted of (a) the choice and decision-making process (including refining and concretizing previously made choices and prioritizing among a surfeit of ambitions) and (b) operationalizing the choices made. Throughout the project, a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats)  brainstorm was done with the Board, a new organizational structure was designed, new concepts of project management and matrix organizations were adopted, and the desired organizational culture was fostered.
