Better Cotton New Country Start Up Report - Chad

Assess the conditions of the establishment of a new Better Cotton programme in Chad. This assessment is conducted in line with Better Cotton´s ‘New Country Programme Start-Up (NCSU) Report Guidance’. The assignment comprises desk reviews, consultation of cotton sector stakeholders, data collection and analysis, intermediate reporting, facilitation of multi-stakeholder meetings and validation workshop and production of the final report.
