Training sessions for Carbon Market Watch were based on three objectives, (1) clarifying concepts linked to race and racial equality and justice to empower team members driving them to engage in relevant conversations and research, (2) identify how an intersectional approach (particularly concerning race and gender) is relevant in their daily operations, (3) identify how they could improve their daily work and mainstream intersectional perspectives to contribute to Carbon Market Watch's ambitions with the sustainable development goals concerned with racial, gender, and environmental justice.
