For this assignment, C-lever offered technical assistance by (1) drafting the National Policy for Justice Reform (PNRJ), (2) Defining a Priority Action Plan (PAP) and a Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF), (3) Training all Ministry of Justice officials on strategic planning processes;  (4) Development of the monitoring and evaluation system for the PNRJ; (5) Training of Ministry of Justice officials on monitoring and evaluation; (6) Training of Ministry of Justice officials on monitoring and evaluation.
