Midterm external evaluation and final external evaluation of the Memisa - MSV 2017-2021 program in Burundi and DRC

Project start date: 2019-06-01 - Project end date: 2020-04-30

Conducting the mid-term and final evaluations of the joint program of Memisa and MSV. This assignment comprised: (1) Desk study – document review, (2) Field visits (DRC and Burundi) in 2019 and 2021, (3) Consultation of internal and external stakeholders through individual and grouped interviews and focus groups, (4) Analyse ToC and suggest recommendations for adaptations, (5) Draft findings and conclusions of the evaluation and develop recommendations for the next phase of the program (mid-term evaluation) and the following program (final evaluation), (6) Present and discuss the draft report and produce a final report.
