Mid-term Review of the Health Programme – Component PLVS (combatting sexual violence sub-program) in the Democratic Republic of Congo

The mission consisted in contributing to the work of a broader Eva+ evaluation team, with a focus on the PLVS sub-program. An evaluation methodology was designed; an analysis of available documentation was done; additional data through stakeholder interviews, focus group discussions, and site visits were done, and a final evaluation report with all findings and conclusions for all dedicated admin connection (DAC) evaluation criteria with recommendations for the program was provided.
