The institutional and organizational assessment of Agrhymet focused on the institutional context, financial management, procurement, overall governance systems, and capacity to implement technical assistance, training, and expert support assignments. The assignment also included advice concerning further institutional and organizational development of the Regional Centre Agrhymet and for finetuning the intervention strategies and theory of change of the DURAZINDER Project of Enabel.
