Strategic advice to the PRADEL-Programme d´Appui au Développement de l´Elevage (Support Program for Livestock Development). The assessment focussed on the institutional context, financial management, procurement, overall governance systems, and capacity to provide lending to micro, small and medium-scale livestock-related investments. It also included advice concerning fine-tuning the intervention strategies and theory of change of the PRADEL in Niger.
