Consultancy support to the flexible facility for the department for international development private sector development programme

C-lever provided consultancy support to PwC in the role as service provider managing the Essor programme. Specifically we provided technical support to the Business Environment Reform workstream including:

(1) Review of the outputs of the anti-corruption workstream, including workshops and forum summaries and working papers; 

(2) Policy and strategy-level papers;

(3) Training material; 

(4) Action plans; 

(5) Outstanding deliverables or activities;

(6) Propose a strategy and action plan to finalise outstanding Anti‐Corruption work which could have a significant impact in the final year of the programme;

(7) Propose a communication plan to share proposed outputs with key stakeholders;

(8) Advise senior programme management of progress.
