For this assignment, the Coaching provided focused on: (1) vision and strategic issues, (2) improving internal communication, reporting lines, and meeting schedules, (3) identifying and solving time-consuming or frustrating issues, (4) documenting and streamlining business processes, (5) team processes, cooperation, and operational planning for the team Europe; (6) and finally coaching for the review of the theory of change, logical framework and performance indicators for the awareness raising and global citizenship education program.
