Interim evaluation of the Memisa and MSV program in the Democratic Republic of Congo

For this assignment, the following was done:  (1) a desk study was conducted, (2) Field visits to the Democratic Republic of Congo and Burundi in 2019 and 2021, (3) Consultations of internal and external stakeholders through individual and group interviews and focus groups, (4) An analysis of the theory of constraints and suggest recommendation for adaptation, (5) drafting of findings and conclusions of the evaluation and develop recommendations for the next phase of the program (mid-term evaluation) and the following program (final evaluation). (6) Lastly, a presentation and discussion of the draft report were done, and a final report was produced.
